1. Overview

Bandin60 provides digital subscription-based music learning services, including individual memberships and group memberships.

Because Bandin60 provides immediate digital access to online content, all purchases are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Individual Memberships ($19/month)

2.1 Cancellation

Individual memberships may be cancelled at any time.

After cancellation:

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund previous payments.

2.2 Refunds

Individual memberships are generally non-refundable.

However, Bandin60 may provide refunds in limited cases such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges

  • Technical errors

  • Billing mistakes

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

3. Group Memberships (Small Group and Large Group Plans)

3.1 Cancellation

Group memberships may be cancelled at any time.

After cancellation:

  • Access remains active until the end of the billing period.

  • No future charges will occur.

3.2 Refunds

Group memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Because group memberships provide immediate digital access and administrative setup, refunds are not provided for:

  • Partial use

  • Unused seats

  • Organizational changes

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Lack of participation

4. Free Lessons and Previews

Bandin60 may provide:

  • Free lessons

  • Free previews

  • Demonstration content

These allow users to evaluate the service before purchasing.

Because free previews are available, paid memberships are generally non-refundable.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before filing a dispute.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Access may be suspended

  • Accounts may be restricted

Access is restored after payment is completed.

7. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing.

It is the member’s responsibility to cancel before the next billing date.

8. Price Changes

Bandin60 may update pricing.

Existing members will receive reasonable notice before changes take effect.

9. Exceptional Refunds

At our discretion, Bandin60 may issue refunds in special cases including:

  • Major technical failures

  • Duplicate billing

  • Unauthorized purchases

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Bandin60 provides educational content.

We do not guarantee:

  • Musical skill improvement

  • Performance ability

  • Specific results

Lack of results does not qualify for refunds.

11. Digital Product Policy

Bandin60 provides digital services only.

No physical products are shipped.

Digital access is considered delivered immediately upon purchase.

12. Account Termination

Accounts terminated for violation of Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
