1. Overview
Bandin60 provides digital subscription-based music learning services, including individual memberships and group memberships.
Because Bandin60 provides immediate digital access to online content, all purchases are subject to the refund terms outlined below.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Individual Memberships ($19/month)
2.1 Cancellation
Individual memberships may be cancelled at any time.
After cancellation:

No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
Cancellation does not retroactively refund previous payments.
2.2 Refunds
Individual memberships are generally non-refundable.

3. Group Memberships (Small Group and Large Group Plans)
3.1 Cancellation
Group memberships may be cancelled at any time.

3.2 Refunds
Group memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Because group memberships provide immediate digital access and administrative setup, refunds are not provided for:

4. Free Lessons and Previews

Demonstration content
These allow users to evaluate the service before purchasing.
Because free previews are available, paid memberships are generally non-refundable.
5. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before filing a dispute.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
6. Failed Payments

7. Subscription Renewals

9. Exceptional Refunds
